ZejZen — Legal
Terms & Conditions
Convenience translation — the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop zejzen.com by consumers.
Operator: ZejZen — Medjen Jusuf (sole proprietorship), Niederurseler Landstrasse 8, 60439 Frankfurt am Main.
2. Conclusion of contract
The product presentation in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Pay by card” you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.
All items are one-offs. If the same item is ordered simultaneously by several customers, the first payment received prevails.
3. Prices, VAT and shipping costs
All prices are net prices in euros. Statutory VAT is calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery country and shown separately.
Plus the shipping costs shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €100.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card via our payment service provider Stripe. Your card is charged upon completion of the order. After payment you will automatically receive an invoice by email.
5. Delivery
Please see the “Shipping & Delivery” page for delivery times. These are estimates.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. The policy on the “Right of Withdrawal” page applies.
7. Warranty
For used goods the warranty period is one year from handover of the goods; otherwise statutory defect rights apply.
The condition of each item is stated in its product description.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction is — where legally permissible — Frankfurt am Main.
