Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ZejZen — Medjen Jusuf, Niederurseler Landstrasse 8, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, email: info@zejzen.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the address stated above.

Conditions for second-hand goods

All items are inspected second-hand one-offs. Their condition — including any signs of wear — is documented in the photos and description and forms part of the contract.

Please check photos, measurements and condition notes carefully before buying.

Returns are only accepted in the condition in which the item was delivered: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and preferably in the original packaging.

We may claim compensation for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
