For a customer account: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).

When subscribing to new-arrival notifications: email address (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technically necessary cookies for login and cart.

With your consent: Google Ads measurement (Google Ireland Ltd.) in Consent Mode — active only after opt-in via the cookie notice, revocable anytime via the cookie settings in the footer.

3. Payment processing (Stripe)

Payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe.

4. Email dispatch

Order, invoice and shipping confirmations are sent automatically by email (transactional emails, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Retention period

Order data is stored for up to 10 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Notification subscriptions until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
